I also have a spare block with 1 spun bearing Cylinder walls and pistons in good shape could be put back together with 1 rod a good crank and new bearings.

It looks like there is a crack in the second cylinders water jacket or is that just my eyes tricking me?

No cams I take it? I have a friend that has a KA-T and originally he had a single cam and he said he just swapped out the head, but I heard that the water jackets and such dont line up. Im going to do some research but if it does work I might come get this from you.
