how do you adjust it? i have positive camber in the rear and its no fun, i want to try and get it sraight or maybe a bit negative, anything but positive.

The bolt that holds the rear upper control arm to the subframe is eccentric. If you look at the rearward side, you can see a 19mm bolt which is off-center. You can see some markings next to it. To make the camber less positive, turn it so the bolt is closer towards the car's center, and the markings are closer towards the wheels.

It also might not be a bad idea to get a camber gauge. Decent ones can be had for about $40.

adding negative camber adds TOE In which is not good for some types of driving..but toe in is not always a good thing.
when you change your camber/ride height you will change your toe

have it done properly at a alignment shop
wont cost much

bad toe KILLS TIRES!
