i got my car stolen and when i finally got it back.. when i got it back it didnt run the right way i got a text from the guy who stole it saying my car is only running off cyclender 2&3.
i noticed the the dizzy cap was not placed on properly.. as well as there was a fuel injector he threw on the floor when he was gving me back the car..

so i buy a car.
i cant work on cars where i live so i bring it to my good friends house
he has 2 roomates
one of them was in jail because h missed some court dates.
he bought a 5 lug car and gave me 4 lug spacers..
he had alot of money to pay for court costs etc.
he then said oh you owe me for the spacers.
my car was being held "hostage" at his house
i went to get my car the hood and the headlights were gone. i was upset that night and punched him in the face he smashed my windshield etc.

my title was in my car.. so yeah he put in on Craigslist.

so i called the police and pretty much told them the story..

so we went to his house he did something under the hood to screw up my car. it had to have been something not that complicated.
so my car came was running crappy but i had my title and key so i gave him the money.

then i was driving to go home it felt weird s i went to autozone checked the oil yadayadayada

it smelled like straght gas.
i went to do an oil change and he did something to the oil filter so i couldnt get it off.
so a guy was like poke a whole in it and use a screw driver..
it didnt work.. now i cant drive the car because the oil filter wont come off
so i get it towed to a shop...

i get home and i check my phone and he said i hope your motor blows and he also said that he did something so that it only fires on cyl. 2and3...

then yeah. like i said im still semi new to 240s.. so i figured you guys would help.
i really dont have time to like lie about my car.

straight gas? and firing off of only 2 and 3 cylinder? hmm something to the injectors im thinking.. as far as getting the oil filter off, a shop should have a oil filter cap that fits ur size oil filter to get it off, its usually a special kinda cap only for oil filters. i dont see how he could do anything to your oil filter to keep it from coming off. and if u have a hole in ur oil filter, please dont drive your car at all. post pics!!!

sounds like he fucked with your injectors. easy thing for him to have done is just removed them and jammed them back in, tearing up the o-rings. that would cause them to leak a shitload of gas and flood out cylinder. oil will smell like gas as a result, car will run like shit. symptoms that you seem to have described.

go to local parts store, get four sets of injector o-rings, and remove and reinstall all injectors with o-rings properly with lube (search for how to do this)

+1 on your spark plug wires possibly being out of order. looks funny in the pic. double check the plug wire order.

as for the oil filter; it's hard to take off. just man up and get it done. nothing he can really do to screw that up.

after you're done with the above steps, get a timing gun and time the car properly. since it runs the distributor is most likely stabbed correctly, but its probable he rotated it to a random position.

But yah like already stated, start with hooking up the MAF to the air filter box, then valve cover breather line has to be connected (open hose line on the front left of the valve cover, supposed to be connected to a line coming from the intake) and your distributor lines are definitely out of whack. Unfortunately, I cant remember exactly what the sequence is anymore considering I have not had a KA in over 9 yrs...

Check that your spark plugs are going to the right cylinders. Looks like it is wrong in the picture(2 is going to 3). Should be printed on the distributor.
Top should go to #2
Right should go to #4
Bottom should go to #3
Left should go to #1

Check that the right plugs are on the correct injectors.
#1 = w/b
#2 = y/b
#3 = g/b
#4 = l/b

Like said before that's an S13 intake. One hose looks to go to the IACV. The other goes to?

OP- an engine only needs 3 things

Air
fire
gas

if he mentioned injectors, pull the fuel rail and get ur injectors checked out...once ok'd, reinstall with new O-rings

-check ur distributer the way the previous person said...
-check wires
-check connections
-pull the plugs and actually make sure there fully ok...post pics or something
-check engine harness plugs
-check ECu for possible codes

if your lazy to try, sell it...done...
