Yes it is like the World Sport Muffler and yes it is 3inch. It expands ever so slightly at the very end (megaphone) the purpose of it getting bigger towards the end is to suck/pull the air out. Totally awesome design, wish it was for a s13. This is exhaust sounds great too no rasp, sporty performance sound ftw.
