1993 RockWood Motor Home

I have a 1993 Rockwood Motor Home for sale. This is a one of a kind machine. I am selling this for my parents. They have moved into a smaller house and do not have room for it any longer. This is the perfect time of year for a vehicle such as this. This motor home has been very well kept and many parts on it are brand new. It has a Cummins Diesel engine with 70,000 miles that runs outstanding. The engine is backed by a 6 speed Allison transmition. Allison transmitions are one of the stoutest trans in the world. It comes with 32' air brakes, Spartin chassis, 2 over head a/c units, queen size bed and fold out couch, 7,000 generator that works perfect, tons of storage space, towing package ( will pull anything), back up camera, leather captains chairs, new top, large water holding tanks, Oak cabanets, 2 brand new batteries, built in on board compressor. This really is a great motor home. Only has a few minor problems. The is a small tear on the back wall of the back bed room. Easy fix for a knowledgeable person. One of the A/c units also needs some minor service work and has a few water stains on ceiling from when the ceiling was replaced. This truly is a great motor home. I have been around this thing for many years and I can tell you it has been kept up very well. Now all it really needs is for someone to use it. This motor home can serve so many purposes. You really won't be disappointed. This thing is perfect to live in and tow around your drift car...This thing really is a bad ass rig. Like it says has on board generator and air compressor. Just think about how much money you could really save if you didn't have to stay at a hotel every time you went to an event. This thing is great for any true hard core drifter with out the hard core cost. $15,500 obo
