Timing S14 SR Kouki

I am having an issue with my s14 sr, long story short. I checked everything i have fuel and spark and i am back firing through the intake and exhaust when i crank it. I need to know how is it that i time the s14 SR. I need a fast response i have searched up and down and i can not find a write up. Can someone give me a hand

There are several different write ups online for timing. I have the sr14 SR with the VTC, i am pretty sure its different as to why i cant find it
