AC problem need help

i recently buy the AC unit for my hatch. i put everything on but the AC light doesnt go on. all fuses are good and all wire go into the evap have power. additionally, the wire that connects to the compressor has no power. any ideas?

s14 compressor with s13 KA hardness.
