I am running a S14 with nismo 550 cc injectors and tomie computer. Once in a while when cold starting the car will misfire on cylinder number one until it warms up and then other times for like half an hour. I took out the plug and only cylinder number one is running slightly lean. I am thinking of:eek3d: getting a brand new coil pack because i bought used ones and they worked fine without incident for about 2 weeks and then the same crap. Can anyone give me some recommendations please i am stumped.

Are you sure your fuel pressure is correct? It is normal for cylinder 1 to be a little leaner, as it is the last cylinder to get fuel and the pressure drops a bit over the length of the fuel rail...

What pressure would you recommend with the vacuum line attached to the regulator

if you are on stock ecu it should be around 36 or so....bascially 43.5 with NO vacuum hooked up.

in that case your question is meaningless. It should be whatever pressure the ecu was setup to use with those injectors.
