Before some of you may jump to the conclusion that it might be the lifters, it happens under ~75% throttle + and when my greddy profec b is ON booting at 12psi. does not happen while BC is off. im really puzzled  does anybody have any ideas on what it may be??

100 bucks says it's the boost control solenoid.....
Come on man, are you serious?
Actually, I would bet $200.
Mine does this as well at low RPMs while the turbo is in the process of spoiling up and you give it full throttle, you can hear the solenoid going....

wouldnt think of a reason why id hear ticking from a boost solenoid. but if you had the same problem id take your word for it. you got it replaced?

No! It works just fine! The solenoid is literally moving EXTREMELY rapidly....mine is bolted to the chassis, so at low RPMs, when the exhaust/turbo/motor is kind of quieter, you can hear it clicking...
If it goes off when you turn the solenoid off, I would say there is a 99% chance that is the noise you are hearing, and it is not a problem...
The car feels fine, right?

solenoids work by being on/off so its just opening/closing quickly to maintain the 12 psi
