If you ever ran into some of these videos on youtube, they are great to watch. They are from the same company as Video Option. In the series they do reviews on performance parts, advise on different techniques and so forth. Over all great vid for anybody who wants inspiration on how to style their 240's to the current trends of Japans automotive culture. Drift Tengoku or "Drift Heaven" is dedicated to everything and anything drifting. Check it out. You might like it as much as I do. If you want more, there is a magazine version also.

Most of your current DVD players can play any region dvd's by doing a "remote hack". Depending on the players you need to leave the dvd tray open and hit select on the remote. Some require punching in codes or its simple as selecting "zero" on the menu. Google this up, you might be surprised.

Sorry man, These took me a long long time to get. And its hard to give up these great dvd's. Drift Tengoku dvd's aren't rare but for some reason they are sure extremely hard to get. There's a Japanese book store in Chicago that sells tons of Option2, Option Magazine, Hyper Rev Magazines and more. Gotta make the 2hr trip there to see if they have DVD's.

You guys gotta Hit up "D1 Street legal" dvd's also from the makers of Video Option. I got it randomly from a seller in Japan and loved it. Check out the link below.

Wow you guys are more welcoming and active than Nicoclub.com! I posted the same thing to see if other people collected and I have not yet recived one reply. Does anybody have Saisoku Drift Edition and Tarzan and Friends drift DVD? They are long discontinued and I would like to strike a deal for those who have it.

Another item I randomly got from a Japanese seller is the Option2 Magazine Digital Back Number in disc format. 12 magazines in one dvd. Sweetness! But its missing 1 of 2 discs. psh...

I downloaded some of the series on your site b 4! Its nice to see people buying these dvd's and not just downloading all of the series. JDM Option International and Hot Version International are no longer releasing dvd's to the states due to lack of sales and piracy. We gotta support Video Option or there will never be an English Version for us on any of their dvd's. I collected videos such as JDM Insider, Drift Society, High Performance Imports, Race Factory, Slide America and others. Enthusiast in Australia has come out with plenty of good dvd's also. High Octane, Ignition DVD, Drift Central, and HPI have a lot more to show rather than just drift like JDM Option. They show a lot of high horse power frankensteined RB30DET or TT powered Nissan's, crazy RB and 2JZ swaps, tuner shop tours, pro drifter/drag/circuit interviews, trips to Japan, and more. Some stopped shipping their dvd's over to the states due to priacy as stated on High Octane's staffs web site. If you like the videos, please buy them people. You don't have to buy every single one of them but show support. These are the best car dvd's you can find on the net and they are now almost hard to find or hard to get.

Hey s0apgun, I bet ya never heard of Shuto Kōsoku Toraiaru (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Installing_Japanese_character_sets). This late 80's, early 90's series helped influenced Initial-D. The Japanese series features the very young Mr Keiichi Tsuchiya. Check it out. I got the whole set. It's an okay series, but great to see cars of the past. I may be interested in some of your older Video Option Series.

cool, back in 2001 - 02 I used to make weekly trips to Little Tokyo
and rent them from a store that had a lot of them
would make VCDs out of them
that's how I first saw the 180sx Silvia Special
still have my VCD copy of it although I grabbed of Soap's site aswell

I haven't collected DVD's in a bit now. My collection was similar to yours, but with a good amount of BMI videos too. I thinned the collection out alot though. I didn't watch most of them more than a couple of times, but I kind of wish I kept them just for collectors sake.

Wished Video Option International came back to the states. The new releases are even better than a few years back. Better cars and more tech features. But everything is in Japanese.....:bash: I bought a ton of English released versions to show them that we are still interested in Video Option and would like them to come back. A lot of the volumes are discontinued now.....

I'm already like that with magazines. I've got wayyyy to many but I still buy them every month. I wouldn't be able to handle that AND buying the various DVD's each month. I do get some D1SL whenever it looks interesting but that's about it.

yeah i've been slowly switching to just streaming all my anime. sites like animedreaming have really legit quality stuff. alot of it is in 720p too. oh on that note, that new show that came out this summer High School of the Dead is EPIC! lol

I setup my ps3 for sequential play in the video settings and just let these loop all day off my external hard drive. Works good if you're studying Japanese compared to anime.

I have a ton more videos in my collection but since I downgraded computers uploading them is no where near as easy. Maybe later this year the rest will go up. The rest of the doriten's up to the current volume, some older BM stuff, and a lot more option ones... those have a lot of non drift filler though that I try to avoid.
