Engine Spec: KA24E; 166,000 miles; Automatic; Just replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires; Just cleaned MAF and Throttle Body; Just Seafoamed and changed oil

Ok so it's wierd, my car has some problems that I am addressing right now:
-Rough idle (set to 900rpm, drops down to 400rpm every once in awhile and shakes like crazy) -FIXED-
-Car randomly will stutter/not go at times (Usually when gas pedal is lightly depressed, pretty sure thats a TPS problem)
-It does take awhile to warm up (Maybe there is no thermostat in the car?)
-Pretty bad gas mileage/running rich (About 18mpg highway, lots of popping out the rear sounds like it wants to be a flame shooting out and this is just at idle, shakes a lot in drive at a stoplight)

Now the main problem I am asking about is one I can't seem to figure out:

-My car will overheat with the A/C on a hot day at idle. I waited in the parking lot for about 10 minutes with the A/C blasting and my car started overheating. Could this be a temp sensor problem? Or maybe be a thermostat problem?

Thanks in advance guys!

when you turn on the AC, is the condenser fan turning on as well?

as far as the idling stuff, gapped those spark plugs?

I accidentally unplugged my A/C condenser fan and this happened.

Something I am going to be doing is switching back to the clutch fan and probably use a pusher type on the a/c condenser. You need to make sure that you a/c condenser is not clogged or stopped up. Look and it and clean it if necessary. they do get dirty and will not allow air to flow through it.

I kept asking the guy what the gap was on the plugs I got, but apparently these plugs do not need to be gapped. I got some stupid Bosch platinums that are funky lookin' and don't require gapping.

As for the A/C fan and condensor being clogged, those are two very logical answers and I'm putting my bet on the condensor being clogged. I'll update later after I check it I'm very busy today. Thanks for the help guys! Any other information feel free to post.
