Wrong conversion lines????

So i ordered some S13 >Z32 rear brake conversion lines..........the issue Im running into is that one side connect to the Z32 caliper just fine but the side that connects to my S13 hard line does not thread.....at all.

Is is safe to assume the sent me the wrong conversion lines?

more than likely the hoses are the wrong ones or that the threads are messed up
