so its not an s-chassis, but i swapped the master and slave hoping to fix the problem. the car sometimes goes into gear, but gets stuck as soon as i get it back into neutral.
-wont shift when engine is on
-shift when engine off
-car jumps if i start it in 1st with the clutch depresses
-good clutch pedal pressure
someone please helphelphelp!

Try this: pump the pedal a bunch of times. then try to start the car in 1st gear. if that works?, go bleed the system again. if not look for leaks!

Jack up the car have someone under, press and release the clutch pedal and make sure the clutch fork is moving! If it is not moving smoothly then you have air in your system.

the teeth on the disc are prob getting stuck on the input shaft on the trans. sometimes you can break it free by just dumping the clutch, doing a burn out, clutch kick the shit out of it, etc...
they could have gotten messed up if you just replaced the clutch and the input shaft rested on the teeth messing them up a little. If clutch kicking the shit out of it doesnt fix it. Your going to have the drop the trans and file the teeth back into normal shape. You will be able to tell if they are messed up with your clutch alignment tool. I have done about 20-30 clutch jobs in my life soooo I'm just speaking from my own experience. This has happened to me twice and both times it was the clutch disc.

your clutch disc should never leave the input shaft. It's splined on to it.

^ you are correct... but the splines aka teeth on the disc are binding with the spline on the input shaft. since they are stuck and binding... the slave cylinder is not strong enough to break it free.

you mean not allowing to move back and forth i take it?

correct... imo this is what is happening but diagnosing a car problem over the internet is pointless.. lol

But the slave cylinder doesn't even move the clutch disk directly. You push on the clutch which moves the clutch fork which pushes on the TOB which pushes on the pressure plate and moves the pressure plate away from the flywheel releasing the clutch disk and letting it spin freely. SCIENCE!

the whole clutch kick theory sounds worth a try... the slave move, idk how smoothly tho, ima try bleeding yet again
and if not, if i cant get into gear, how will i clutch kick it?
if i start in 1st with the clutch down, i jumps, as if its not even engaged..

Did you recently change the clutch or something? I've only seen this situation once, but a friend of mine was changing the clutch in his car. He was having some trouble aligning the imput shaft with the clutch disc, so he used the bolts to draw the transmission and motor together. the gear box wedged against the disc and pushed the entire unit out of alignment making neutral not work and basically fucked the entire transmission. This doesn't sound like your problem, but maybe if you did something incorrect upon reinstalling the transmission....

yeah i seen problems similar to what your describing and it was a worn out clutch...did you just replace the clutch maybe it time for a new clutch...especially it you bleed the system over and over and its still doing it then it is more the likely one the three clutch, pilot bearing, or tob...so mine as well get a new clutch kit...
