i did some searching and found some great write ups but none said what amp to use so...
what AMP toggle switch should be used for a fuel pump kill switch on a SOHC 240?

thanks

Depends where you put the switch.

Assuming it's between the relay and the pump, at least same amp as the fuel pump fuel fuse or higher.

^^Just as he said.

If you put the switch on the fuel pump circuit itself, you'll want 20A (rated @ 12VDC) switch. But if put one just before pin 104 for your fuel pump, then a regular switch (3A rated @ 125VDC) will work. I recommend the latter.
