Anyone ever swap a V8 into an S13?

Me and a coworker were talking about cars, and I mentioned how I thought an S13 with a 5.0 would be fucking killer. I know people have done the LSX swap, but I want to put a Ford in one. Has anyone done this, or have any tips that could help?

Does anyone know what it'll take to make the Ford 8.8 fit in the rear?

Because the 8.8 is a damn good axle. Sure the 9 is fucking bad ass, but the 8.8 is cheaper.
