just got this b13 and it has been problem after problem...
first got a dui because tail lights didnt work
then cluster lights would stay on at night with no power on?
and now the good part, the negative battery post had ground wires going to the transmission and chassis. okay but the top of the ground wire would touch the hood haha this is where the fun begins, as i was making a turn the road had some bumps that caused my car to hop around a lil. but next thing i know the radio cuts out, the tach goes out, and a cloud of black smoke come from my hood i pulled to the side and was ready for my car to ignite first thing i though was to grab was my school work. but i decided to pop the hood open instead, as i opened it i saw all the ground wires on fire! someone was on my side or something because there was a gust of wind right when i opened the hood that put the fire out...if i would have not open the hood the air filter would have caught fire and would have lead to the whole car!!!
hopefully this did not fry my ecu or anything else.. i followed the wires and they only lead to the chasis and tranny so ill start working on it tomorrow
this was just to good of a story
any recommendation
if my car does not come back alive im parting out a freshly swapped sr20de and infinity g20 lsd tranny
