So For this kind of setup, I am assuming one line goes from the block sandwich to the relocater sandwich, then to the cooler, then back to the block sandwich in like a triangle sort of thing. Wouldn't that look ugly? Anyone have this setup? Pics?

Thermo twice don't you
just have to run it through once?

I think you misunderstood...there are thermostatic oil filter holder that has 4 ports on it. Basically, 2 lines from the engine goes to the thermo oil relocation block. If the engine oil is still cold, it goes straight back to the engine, not to the oil cooler. Once its hot, then the thermo would open to let the oil thru the cooler, back to the block then into the engine.
This is the right way of doing it. The cheap way of doing it is what you are thinking. Get an oil relocation kit, oil cooler and longer lines. Basically goes from engine to relocation kit to oil cooler then back to the engine again. The problem with this setup is that if you live in colder areas, your engine will take a long time to get to operating temp. Cold oil does not lubricate the engine well...
No this has absolutely nothing to do with your turbo oil lines.

Ah okay, so where then would you connect your turbo feed line? T branch off of the line that returns to the block?

Wait, are you asking about a T-line if you go KA-T?!?! No, feedlines for turbos are fucking tiny, hoses you're using for turbo lines are way bigger so no way to T that shit off even if you want to.
What most folks do with a KA is T off the stock oil pressure sensor port. Better yet, take that fucking sensor off, throw it away, ground the wire to kill the light off your cluster (or take the bulb out) and run an aftermarket oil pressure gauge since the stock one suck that much.

actually if you leave the plug unconnected for the sensor on a ka it just won't come on, no need to ground it

I hope you are running an oil with a ton of calcium. Oil NEEDS to be at 100*C for a cSt of ~12 on a properly clearanced engine. You can run a group IV oil to 280-300*f without issues.
