So before you get flammed, what are you going to do? Drift? Time attack? Weekend warrior? Drag? If any thing you should get all your bushings done by putting in new ones(polyurethane), that will improve SOOO much in your preformance rite there. Now do you want to go coils or spring and strut which is much cheaper but dosent have some of the benafits of coil overs.
Of you are going to just have your car for dd and track then bushings and a set of kybs struts with ebach springs will do nicely, if not ebach then you can go with swift springs that have much more rebound and is a little bit comfertable
If its going to be straight for race then coilovers and sperical bushings( after market arms) will do nicely, cuircit sport is a good base for some cheap relyable arms but spl, pbm, battle version arms are more profeshinal in performance arms, oh and some solid bushings for your sub frame will help out too( will reduce wheel hop and help you plant your rear sub frame
For wheels and tires 17x7 or 8 six rim will be good and some falkins, yoko, and hankook are some of the best tires for a basic set up
So again its all what you want to do with your car, thats about how much i know, if any one else can shed some light to fill the gaps( cuz im not an expert)

Suspension choices are endless so knowing what you are planning on doing with your car is extremely important. I can't tell you how many guys throw the hardest coils they can find onto their dd only to sell them for a huge loss three months later because their teeth are breaking in half constantly or they are tired of being yelled at by their wives/girlfriends about how terrible their car rides.
so if you are going all out, and actually planning on taking your car to the track.
coilovers: tanabe sustec pro or something similar $1000-$1300
energy suspension bushing kit $140
battle version arms $1200
kaaz 2-way $900
looks like you're out of money already.
other things to consider. tein tie rods, rear subframe bushings if they don't come with the energy suspension kit,
You can go way cheaper than that if you are just planning on screwing around though.
kyb's and springs will be half of what the coils cost.
energy bushings
megan arms or circuit sports
j30 vlsd
all depends on your plans.

If you plan to drift check out ur local drift track rules. I just read some of the rules for a local club where i plan on going and they require coil overs and as mentioned above a Welded diff if not a aftermarket differential..
