Fits any 4 lug S14. dont know about S13's
comes with 2 tires: Wan Li 215-45-17
center caps which are hard to find
1 rim is scratched the rest are fine
Overall the rims are in fair to good condition.
Asking 650.
Oh and the offset is unknown. I'm guessing around 38 to 42. I used spacers to bring the rim out a little. Nice looking rim.
