Okay So I know where Its leaking oil. I just dont know why. I recently had to pull my manifold and turbo off cause I blew my turbo. So I put everything back together made sure i kept my washers together got everything tightened start it up and it just pukes oil from the oil feed. Its not leaking from the turbo its leaking from the block to the line. I got a picture. all I did was pull it off and bolt it on to replace the turbo. Im not exactly sure why it would leak. Any Ideas on how to fix this would be very much appreciated! Heres a pic of where its leaking.

The copper washers are a consumable. You will probably have to get a new one.

i say new washers but cross your fingers that you didnt mess up the tread on your block. happened to a buddy of mine when someone on here told him to just "tighten it a little more"....

Yeah...do NOT tighten it more. I would say you need a new copper washer.
Also, this happened to me when I accidentally used the wrong size copper washer there....(hadn't kept track, and I think one is smaller than the other (water vs oil)).

You know what, do yourself a REALLY big favor and get aftermarket ss lines so you know strip threads on block....

Here's a little tip, after the banjo bolt is on, and not leaking never touch it again!
Use an 11mm irc to remove the 3an line from the banjo fitting. After I installed mine some odd years ago i never removed it ever, no leaks knock on wood, and I've had the turbo and manifold off at lest 40x since then. Tuning different setups, and replacing 3 crack-a-folds.

yes replace washers you do not want to strip it like i did, re tapped it to the next an size and got an adapter which has worked for going on over a year now

If your threads are stripped, drill out old threads, retap, helicoil...happen to me on my sr...haven't had a issue since, and that was 2yrs ago
plus you can still use the same banjo bolt rather than going a bigger size and using a adaptor
