Anyone run or ever run nitrous on a KA24DE? Problems? How did you enjoy it?

I'm thinking of a 60-75 shot. Nitrous Oxide Systems sport compact kit, I've been told it has a cut off so if fuel pressure drops to low it'll cut the kit off. Adding an FPR and maybe sprak plugs that are a heat range colder then stock.
Other mods will just be an intake and Apex'i dual N1 Cat back.

Thanks.

Should I run colder heat range plugs? Where could I find them?

Searchign didn't really yeild much for me.

I'd suggest regular NGK's. The stock heat range is BKR5E-11. Standard colder plugs are BKR6E-11 and BKR7E-11. Not sure which one you'd want to go with, though.

I think one heat range colder should be good for now.

i ran a 70 shot, single fogger on my 95 with 112k miles. was fun but i got tired of going back there and turning the bottle on. i had the coldest plugs from ngk, and retarded the timing. i left fuel pressure the same. the nos is long gone now though. have fun!

How much did you retard the timing, can you remember?
