i am finishing off my swap and realize that my ecu has a red 63 which for the sr20det automatic engine. I was wondering if you can use this in a stick? i am guessing not but will have my guy try it anyways.

You can use it, the difference between auto and manual are slight timing map differences. Down the road when you are ready for serious power, fuel management addition will be needed so in this case it's not really a big issue.
