Does anyone know of a warehouse that sells ka24de's, like the used jdm engine websites. I'm not looking for a classified add engine or a craigslist engine but one from a jdm engine importer. I've been looking every where, but I can only find sr20's. I'm not sure if this is the right section, but since this does deal with engines I thought this would be the appropriate place.

A JDM engine importer will not have KAs because they are not JDM engines. Junkyard, craigslist, forums are your best bet unless you want to order one from advance auto parts for a whopping 3000 dollars.

No you have it all wrong, what the OP wants is a company that imports ka24de's from the USA to Japan, so he can buy it off them and label it "jdm".

Its not like they were made in japan or anything. But maybe Im wrong. Try staying away from the JDM IMPORTERS. Why are they going to import something that is already here?

do you guys not know about the SUPER RARE ka24der? the r stands for RARE! jdm only.

Not as rare as the ka24de type s. The s means shipped from japan and installed in a Silvia.

I am having the same problem! I am looking for an LS1 but I would prefer to buy it from a Jdm importer as well, any help is appreciated

I don't get what's funny. RWD KA24DEs were used in Japan-market vehicles.

No, they won't have them because the chassis/applications do not match.

You will NOT find a S-chassis based RWD KA24DE available from any IMPORTER, unless they're getting them domestically (in which case they're not importing, are they?).

You CAN find RWD KA24DEs from Nissan Largos, however.

A Largo is actually more expensive and more desirable than it's little brother, the Serena, which happens to be powered by an SR20DE.
