anyone know how well these will fit? i have 20 mill fenders for the front. just wondering if they will rub. like the look of the concave, the 17x9 +15 i was planning to get doesnt have any. rear is 17x10 +12
I'm running 17x10 +12 on the front with stock fenders. If you have coils you are going to need a small spacer for them to clear.

well if it hits the coilover, a spacer would be a better idea than hacking up a nice coilover.....

Ok let me settle this once and for all. I know when I was going with the same set up I searched and searched and found little to no help.
Yes they fit on the front of a S13 and S14. S14 is probably easier, but I did it on a S13 with a bunch of "massaging". I run KTS coilovers and 5zigen FN01r-C's. I fit them in the front without a spacer. I just made sure that the wheel runs through the spring. If I rotate the spring it will hit the wheel, but I set it and put the weight down on the suspension and its fine.
I had to hammer in about 4 different places to make them fit without any rubbing at full lock. I just hammered it out, rattle canned it and its been fine ever since. If I get motivated I'll take pics of exactly where I had to pound, but overall you just keep test driving it and checking where its rubbing.

Or a lot.. I had to beat the shit out of my fender wells to get it to work properly with good steering angle. I should also mention that my car isn't what a lot of people on here would consider "low".

i have pbms also. i ran a 17x10+25 wheel with a 20mil spacer. the rim rubbed the spring with an 8mil spacer.
so, with no spacer and pbms. i garuntee you it will hit the coil. the rim probably wont even sit flat on the hub.
FIX::: space out your wheels a bit
if the problem is tire rub, then bang out your fenderwells.
but this depends on ride height and tire size.
are you dumped? fatty tires? crazy knuckles?

Ah that's another thing. I've been running 225/45/17 or 215/45/17 in the front.

17x10 +25...no fucking way. No coilover out there is that skinny. From personal experience, even 17x10 +12 are hit or miss up front. All depends on the coilover. I had shitty MRs and I had to add 8mm spacers to clear the damn springs and collars. My Aragostas, I can fit 18x10 +18 and not rub on anything.

i ran 17x10 +18 f & r on my s13 with kts coilovers and zbrakes. hadta hammer the inner fenders and roll the outer fenders, but it cleared the coils no problem.

depends on how low your car is.
and what car it is.
and what setup you have.
and what time of year it is.
and if you have a giraffe in the car or not.
and if you love jesus or not.
