all rear z breaks are the same... so they will fit whatever rear z rotors you have.

you would need: -z32/r32 e brake assembly (in order to do the swap properly) but some ppl completely omit the e brake (or run a k-sport hydro e brake)
- 2+2 e brake cables (and you'll need to fab up some brackets to hold them)
-z32/r32 rotors (re-drilled to 4 bolt unless you have 5 bolt hubs)
- and z32/r32 rear brake lines
- z32(r32 won't work unless your car is RHD) brake master cylinder
