I am having rubbing issues with the hood latch cable and the other wires that are surrounded by the vacuum hose (on my front driver side obviously) I have been told to relocate them to the top but there isnt enough slack in the wires to do that... i tried zipties but they still dont keep them away from my tires over bumps and right turns. Other than raising the car, any suggestions on getting this damn nuisance rid of? i hate sounds!!

yeah to slack them you need to disconnect them. pull them out into the fender (take off the fender so you can get to everything easier), route them up out of the way and make sure its a shorter path so they still reach.
i'm actually doing this on mine tomorrow morning. i cant make my car any lower without chewing up my wiring harness. did that on my last 14 and it sucks stalling out in the middle of a track day.
i also recommend making skid plates from sheet metal scraps. makes life way easier if used properly.
*almost forgot, you should really do the wiring harness on your passenger side also. this is what i chewed up on my japanese car and it led to stalling at really bad times. bu sure its pushed up where it comes out of the firewall real good. especially if you dont have adjustable tension rods to pull your wheels away from the firewall...
good luck!

Well passenger side isnt a problem at all...there is no visible harness. And thanks for the tip man! the rubbing sound is awful but i know this will be a bitch project.

got mine done.
i forgot how much of a PITA it is to take off oem fenders that have never been removed. ended up removing the whole front end just to get to the harness wiring. and ended up with a shitload of unimportant screws when i was done. wieght reduction! lol
also pulled the airbox resonator out while i was in there. i hate that damn box.
so i was able to unclip the harness from the inner fender just forward of the airbox, pulled it back so i had some slack and just ziptied it to the side of the frame rail. then pulled more slack to tie back the part coming out of the firewall higher up into the corner so it isnt protruding so far into the wheel well.
i'd rather re-route in the engine bay like i did with my hood cable and spray hose, but its good enough for now.
its a 2 hour pain in the ass but well worth it when finished.
now i can drop it down another inch or so with no worries.
