95 240sx s14 fs/ft testing waters

I have a 95 240sx base model, clean title, auto, its pretty clean, stock, wanted it to be my project track car but parts for it are too expensive, 5lug conversion is too much for me. Great car, pulls hard, new water pump, radiator, oil changed every 3000 miles, 12000k hid kit, new speakers all around, sound system, nrg wheel ,some more things im forgetting, bought it from someone and i only used it to go to work down the hill, mostly freeway miles, no problems with the car at all, about to go smog it this month and pay for next year. Just trying to see what i can get for it, not in a hurry to sell, thinking about $3000-$3500 or trade for a kouki, or any other 240, ill even put money from my side, idk just seeing what i can do. i flushed the brake system, has new pads in the rear, front are still good, and it has kyb gr 2 struts

why the new water pump/radiator, was the car overheating?

actually it was the previous owner who did that, ill ask and let you know, but it desnt have any strange sounds/problems with the motor.
