Understood, but you could've at least given them a quicker heads up. I know that shit hits the fan with international services (I work for a company that does china-US trade), but we always give immediate notification even if its detrimental to our business. It's an "identity" issue.

The reason I ignored you here on zilvia is because of that thread. That isn't to say you don't send a quality product...but understand from the consumers point of view...its unnerving to have to deal with "that" baggage when a product is being sent over international lines.

Grant's a good guy to deal with, but at times patience is key as his workload can fairly hectic. Not to mention he too has to play the waiting game for the parts to arrive to him.

I'll most likely shop through Grant again for wheels and a few other parts in the near future.
