S14 windshield wiper/washer problem

k this is the first time this has happend to me i looked to see if anyone had similiar problems but couldn't find any, but anyways i was on my way home from work and while i was on the freeway my washer fluid started spraying non-stop and my wipers were going crazy. it would stop every couple seconds but eventually start again. let me know this is very annoying while driving haha.

most likely a short check the harness that goes over the driverside wheel under the fender.... if your car is lowered its prob frayed and expossed

i checked the lower harness on my driver side there is no sign of rubbing. or wires being exposed

im thinking my wiper switch is messed up, but when i disconnected the connecter to the switch and plugged in the washer plug the motor starts going crazy im thinking it could be the relay but i cant find it. i need helpp this is really annoying thanks guys
