i am having some issues getting my RB running on haltech platinum 2000 motor using VE tune.

here is a copy of my datalog as well as my map

latest.csv (http://www.mediafire.com/?24jm5dvmnnr) this is the datalog

redone final.hs2-106 (http://www.mediafire.com/?bzrnxzwmemk) this is the latest map, with the trigger settings from that website

SR20 and RB series Haltech setup » Zeplin's Custom Life (http://zeplinenterprise.com/240sx/wordpress/?p=308)

the car will start but raise up to around 1000rpm than immediately cut off, even when given throttle it will continue to cut off i am stumped been working on this for days any advice ?

I posted up in another section of getting the timing offset correct.

http://zilvia.net/f/engine-tech/313089-redtop-sr20-haltech-platinum-sport1000-no-start.html#post3383704

Make sure this is correct.

Can you post up the log in the haltech .dll format? I tried to download and open your log, and it wouldnt work.

i opened it in ecu manager not in the data log viewer for some reason it dosent work for me, i actually followed yer timing directions to set mine. what would stop it from starting ? are those trigger settings correct from that website ? weird thing is that it works 100% on my old ecu (power fc)

You may need to adjust the injector dead time. What think maybe happening is that you are getting the wall of the intake flooded with fuel and then the engine starts but it will rune for like 2 to 3 seconds and it dies. The problem is that the computer dose not know how long it takes the injector to open. If tou set the dead time to 2 to 3 ms and then work down from ther you should find the minimum time need for the Injectors to open. This will be the dead time across all battery voltages and rpms. That should get you idleing at least. I have not looked at you maps yet. I have to much work to look at it during the week but I will look at it to night and post if there is some thing else.

ok i had someone adjust my dead time for me, i have 1000cc rc eng injectors. i wish i could just throw my stock injectors back in and run inj timing, but i dont have the stock rail any more. this is just sooo damn fustrating...

ok i was able to fix TPS issue whooo but still got issue with actually starting car

phuzzie minus 75 trim on fuel.csv (http://www.mediafire.com/?tm21jry2qth) this is a copy of the datalog when i scalled back the fuel map by -75

phuzzie.csv (http://www.mediafire.com/?ynjdwiu5ymo) this is the datalog for car with nothing done.

diag map.hs2-106 (http://www.mediafire.com/?mzzmmmzwkfa) this is a copy of the actual map i was using i did the datalog with EVERYTHING you requested.

my other concern is for the trigger settings, ad i have 3 diff maps 2 from haltech with differant settings i ended up using these settings from this site
SR20 and RB series Haltech setup » Zeplin's Custom Life (http://zeplinenterprise.com/240sx/wordpress/?p=308) if you could compare them to your settings it would give us an idea as well

any thing else i can try ?

If you are really polite you can contact Haltech directly and they will check to make sure your base map aux inputs / outputs are properly configured to match your make / year Nissan.

Sometimes the maps ship with maps that are pre-configured sometimes they do not.
