Tire and rim questions

I have a couple questions dealing with rims and tires. Did a search and didnt seem to find anything that helped. First off, what is the dimensions of the stock 16 inch s14 SE rim. I need to know the offset for a buddy of mine. Also would the stock rims off of a skyline gts fit onto a 96 SE five lug hub?? The rim is 16X6.5, what would be the best tire to run on those rims if they were to fit? Thanks in advanced.

16.5 with +40 offset, Skyline wheels will fit! Run 225/50/16's, if you want the same overall diameter as stock setup but with more rubber on the ground. otherwise, 205/55/16 is stock.
