Welp I've been waiting for a confirmation via tracking number. Nothing today and it was said that i'd have my number. Here's what he said...

"your lip is allready packed and ready to go and you will have a tracking number by 2pm monday-thanks"

Given right now is 8:26 pm pst and CST is about 10:26pm it's well over. Personally i don't know who's so complacent as to NOT provide shipping, NOT send tracking number, NOT provide adequate information about shipping, NOT provide any kind of confirmation, and most of NOT provide ANY type of business in a fair/understandable manner.

Now saying that, I want my money back. I don't want to hear a bunch of bullshi* saying whether it HAS be shipped or some other kind of statement along those same lines. SEND MY MONEY BACK. I think I can speak for all of us.

Assuming we've already been ripped off file a report with PayPal and VISA. This happened to me before. I had paid a few hundred over PAYPAL. Surely enough they had me wait to file it untli a certain date to ensure that it wasn't a misunderstanding, well in my situation i was purposely ripped off. So i called my credit card company that I used to pay paypal with and i got my money in a matter of weeks.

Later i heard the guy who took my money, stupid enough his CC is on paypal, to trace him and file fraud against him - a federal offense. So I encourage you to file your claim. I headed over to the usps and filed one there also. Good luck

I'm glad I paid with my Capital One Visa using Paypal, I finally got my money back after completing a Paypal Buyer Complaint Process. Paypal only was able to get me back $0.84 out of the $226.43 I sent him. I was pi$$ed about that so I asked my credit card company to get all of my money back from Paypal. I recommend using a credit card for purchases like these.

I had an experience VERY similar to this. I was traded some parts for other parts, but gave the person my parts first. I went several months without the parts and decided there was no real explanation. These parts were brand new that I was waiting on. Here is what I did. I contacted my lawyer. He contacted my district attorney. They sent the person a letter in the mail expaining the situation, and informing the vendor that they had XX days to send parts, or money for the value of the parts he recieved. No such luck so my DA called the DA in the town the guy lived in. The following day there were 2 police officers and the DA at his house. I recieved my money 2 days later. I decided not to press any criminal charges once I recieved my money. He paid the DA who inturn paid me. You can put him in jail if there was more than $20 dealt.
