a whole rewire? really?
just figure out what your missing..
fuel spark or compression..
see if you have spark, it takes like 15 seconds..
then see if you are getting fuel pressure, see if you hear your pump primeing..
pull off a fuel line at the rail and see if it shoots out fuel..
then do a compression test..
from doing those things, you should have a idea of why its not starting..
if you have no spark, check fuses, your cap and rotor (consittering its a ka if not check coil packs) check the coil check for spark at the coil (or ignitor).
if no fuel check the pump relay and fuse, and jump the relay and see if you can hear the pump..
if no compression you probly have bigger problums to worry about..
also look for vaccume leaks..
dont just throw money and parts at your car with no idea of the cause of the problum..

dubble edit, i noticed the sr logo.. im guessing you did a sr swap and the wireing is all fucked up..

did you mess with the wiring? if not then your rewiring isnt necessary..check if you get spark and fuel, then do some searching cuz shit like this has bee covered countless times
