do those spacers have the 4 hole key thing for them?
or are they just nuts?

dont know what your talking about...no keys...you just slip them over your stock studs and use the nuts that come with it to bolt it down, then you mount the wheel onto the spacer studs and use you existing lug nuts to tighten you wheel on...
