Is a stock z31 t28 better than me t25 on my sr?

Answer to the title??? I know nothing about them, and I've tied searching a comparison. I read thy they are only efficient up to like 15 psi. I've been running my stock t25 at about 12 for years. It's finally getting blow-by and I'd like to upgrade. Is the z31 t28 a worthy upgrade, like the t28s from the s15s etc?

Similar question, will an rb t28 turbo bolt onto an sr? And what needs to be done to make either of these work? I can't believe I can't find anything about this on here...

why dont you get the t3 z31 turbo from the i believe pre 87 cars ? 60 trim

^^^because then obviously he will have to change manifolds n stuff.

plus why would you want a turbo from an older car?

and you will need the output flanges n stuff if you have an s13. just get a new s15 turbo its your safest route
