Rb20/25 turbos are t3 flange. You will have to use a t3 mani or weld on a t3 flange to your stock one, along with the o2 elbow flange. They also like to blow apart above 13psi or so cause of ceramic exhaust wheels and plastic intake wheels. I'm running one on my redtop at 7psi and I love it, but it is NOT a t28

Then why does the FAQ by Phillip say that silvertop rb20s are efficient up to 17 lbs? Can anyone else comment on this?

The rb20 turbos may be different, I'm speaking on rb25 turbos here. I will link you to a rb25 turbo writeup and ill find some info on the rb20 turbos.

Well I appreciate the concern, but make sure you are talking about the rb20 turbo at hand before shitting on his potential sale.

Sideways, is this a t2 or t3 flange? Any more pics of the turbo?

Whats The Difference Between R32-r33 Turbos? - Skylines Australia (http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Whats-Difference-R32-r3-t154052.html&p=2865663)

Std R33 Turbo's - Skylines Australia (http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Std-R33-Turbo-s-t183562.html)

Good info in these links on both motor's turbo's(20/25)

In the 2nd link you will see them talk about .80 and .85, that's BAR, which isn't very much psi.

Not trying to shit on anyone's sale but it seems to be common knowledge that 20/25/26 turbos are t28's, and they may be similiar in size BUT that's it. And for the record, all 20 and 25 turbo's are T3 flange and have ceramic exhaust wheels and that is why you can't run more than 13-14psi or so, because they WILL fly apart, I've seen it happen.. Otherwise they do spool super fast and ARE great turbo's, but don't expect to make monster boost levels and power out of them.

OP, just shedding some light on your turbo, that is still a decent price and you should have no problem selling it. GL

I was wondering the same thing. If it's a 25, series 1 or 2?
