I recently swapped a redtop sr in my 13.
When I try and drive the car everytime I touch the throttle the car bogs down until I am fully off the throttle.... Feels like there is a fuel cut or something but everything checked out fine from what we could tell. Timing is at 15* all injectors are firing, the maf is good (ran 3 different ones) car came with a 62 but wouldn't run so I put in an e5 and it started and idled
Any help would be appreciated!!!

happened to me once, changed the fuel pump to a walbro fuel pump and worked fine

did the car idle fine before you changed it? It was working with my ka the day before

check the throttle position sensor. test for reference voltage and do a w.o.t. test. check out how to do it.

good advice.
after you check the tps, check your fuel pressure, and if you don't have a walboro in there you should definitely get one.
do that stuff and get back to us.

Also make sure your running 91 octane. If you put in 87 octane gas your car will run like ass with the SR. And definitly get a walbro and I would say a z32 fuel filter.

I have a z32 filter in there and will be swapping the walbro out of the other car in the morning when I check the tps.... Thanks for the advice and I'll let you know the results....

I am having a similar issue where under 25-40% throttle the car takes off like it should, but the second I go to floor it, the car, bogs down and won't really get going for a bit(while building boost). Then it gets past the bog and gets moving again. When it is cold the car works like it should if you put the throttle down 100%. Does this sound like the same issue? Why would it work when cold but not warm?

your problem is most likely a bad coolant temp sensor (2 wire for the ecu), but it wouldn't hurt to do the same tests we're telling the thread maker.
you should have ~40ish psi of fuel pressure between the fuel filter and the fuel rail at idle.

tested the tps it's at .457, wires on the ecu all appear to be good. put in a different ecu just in case, the only other thing I can think of is the fpr... Any other suggestions?

yes,
check the fuel pressure......(third time saying it)
why would you throw an fpr on it without checking the fuel pressure first?
*getting frustrated*

"so i can just eat the banana then right"

^^^ yeah my bad. just been frustrated and overlooked that I guess. Swapped the fpr and it still tested ok. didn't have a chance to swap the fuel pump yet but will be doing that tomorrow and will update the results....

What the hell you don't understand in : "Check the fuel pressure"?
As Dave said it : "Why would you throw an fpr on it without checking the fuel pressure first?"

If you don't know how to properly do a test, just go to a shop, they have mechanics who knows what they're doing...
