basically looks like the same concept as bump steer spacers.
in like older datsuns or mustangs, when you lower the car, it changes the geometry of the suspension. especially the lateral (horizontal) angle of how the tie rods end up going to the spindles.
they used to be straight across, now they're like a u. so when you go over a bump, it pushs/pulls the tire slightly hence the name "bump steer"
if you have bump steer, your car is SLAMMMMED, or you can see that your tie rods aren't parallel to the rack and pinion anymore with how your car is sitting (stance).....if lowering the lower control arm an inch or whatever brings you back to parallel then they would be good to get to bring your suspension geometry back to stock, even though your car is lowered.

According to findings, those things do not work.

Go with the Moog ball joints. I'm actually looking for k9820's right now.
1st I would never trust Megan for something as important as ball joints.
2nd The people at Megan are obviously retarded because those do not actually change the roll center. Those are basically stock shanks meaning the pivot point is still at it's stock location. If you want to change the roll center you need a longer shank thus moving the pivot point down. They make actual roll center adjusters for our cars but they are not easy to find and around $300.... might as well save up a little extra and get fully adjustable lower arms which also have roll center adjustability.
Yes those megans move the arm down slightly but the pivot point is still in its stock location... if anything those will probably mess the geometry up.

Hard Race makes lowing ball joints for the 240. They work pretty well. I run a set in the rear to adjust the angle of the lower control arm back into acceptable geometry. The car definitely squats better into a corner and was more responsive once I added them. I did not lower the car enough to need to use them on the front although I have a set sitting on the shelf waiting to be used ....

^I looked up those hardrace roll center adjusters and they are the same exact thing as the megan ones... useless. Unless they use megans picture for their product... which does not make sense.
