i"m in a bit of a information jam. I just purchased the following items from a 97 q45
complete rear diff (carrier)
driver side axle
complete spindles (hubs, brakes, hub, ect)
Now, as i'm getting ready to do the install, I just noticed that these are 5 bolt shafts. Not a big deal since these are more common. But, now i'm lost as to what axles to use. I was following a q45 install thread, but they are using the q45 91-96 and i'm using a 97. I can exchange this for a 91, but there is a reason why i want to use the 97 (3.69 final drive) Any chance in some advice? thank you very much
a common q45 install thread uses driver side tt z32 and q45, but those are six bolt pattern output shafts. I need 5 bolt.
My next question is I'm running a 2jzgte with r154 trans. going to be tuned at 700whp as soon as i do this install along with z32 brakes, will these hold up? not planning to see any drift or quarter mile. a few track runs at willow springs
