I just need confirmation from someone that you can use an s13 rear bearing in a z32 rear hub. I've read that it works, but it was stated unclear, so i'm double checking. Reason for doing so is one of my z32 bearing is bad and I've got s13 ones lying around. Thanks ahead of time.

yeah you can, one of my z32 bearings had some play in it so i used one of my 4 lug bearings which was still perfect.

i used a puller and an impact gun to get it off, then pressed the bearing back on

It will work, *but* if you're also using the Z32 ebrake assembly and the Z32 hub is one of the early ones with a tab on it you will need to adapt a spacer of some kind to push the kingpin bolt out. If you don't have the Z32 ebrakes, you're golden.

I was actually planning on running a q45 e-brake assembly. Will this be an issue?

It's the same setup as the Z32, but I don't recall if they use the tabbed bearing and short kingpin.
