You can check your to see if your FPR is good by adding a fuel pressure gauge.

Do you smell raw gas in your exhaust? Have you ever touched your distributor to mess with timing? Does the car make good power?

Who did your injectors and injector o-rings. If you don't install them properly, you can damage the seals and the injectors will leak fuel into your motor. Sometimes you can tell this is happening by checking to see if your oil level is higher. You can also try and see if your can can run with out the fuel pump fuse in. I had a car I worked on with leaky o-rings that would idle for over a minute with out the fuel pump running.
