sr20det ecu help! please

i have a 91 s13 with a new sr20 / 5spd swap that I just finished and 2 of the cylinders werent firing, i thought that it was the ground. on the coils it goes - + E, and the red wire was on the - so i thought it was the ground. i put the 2 - wires from the 2 coils to ground and it wasnt working, but when i made the 2 none firing cylinder's - wires touch each other they fire. anyways i was dumb and put them to ground again and blew those coils and maybe my ecu, i think. i turned the self diognoses thing and the light isnt coming on, no dash lights on when ignition is on, and my car isnt even turning over anymore.

anyways I probably need a new ecu. mine is a 50f01 and i found a 50f05 and a 50f00 on ebay and im not sure if either of those would be able to replace my ecu.

i know im stupid but i've never really dealt with any of this crap before. please help. thank you
