I know a guy who did the swap on an S13, but not sure exactly how.

You need three things.
1) parts.
2) money.
3) labor skills.

Yeah, you're better off just bringing in an R33

We were just talking about this the other day ~ except it was going into a 350Z lol.
You'd need the Skyline GTR engine, transmission, front suspension components, and all Atessa systems ~ having never parted out a GTR Skyline, I don't know where the AWD system ends. At the very least, you'd need the transfer case (transmission) and electronics.
Then you'd need to fabricate a custom subframe and figure out where to put the rack and column. Going single turbo would make it much easier to route the exhaust. Suspension could be tricky up front. Custom axles will be necessary.
Wiring is the biggest unknown ~ the Atessa system is simple by today's AWD standards (compared to the R35 GTR for instance) but probably still requires a butt-ton of ancillary equipment to function properly. I'm sure an email to Full Race would eventually get an intelligent response, I'd recommend shooting them a message if you're really thinkin about it.

jun auto built an awd 350z and it was dope, but i'm sure if they attached a figure to the amount of work it took it'd be in the 6 figure range.
a much better idea would be to get a dsm gsx, or import a gtr.

i saw an s13 on ebay a couple years ago with the 26 and all wheel driveline and he had to lift the front quite a few inches above factory height. it looked retarded, but with better tools and skill, im sure its possible.

Thank you, Yeah iv been trying to find as much info on the full race R14 but not much out there. On there website they sell a "package" that comes with everything you need to do the swap. Heres the list that they have.
■Single-adjustable Steel KONI coilover shock absorbers.
■4" aluminum 6061-T6 Slip-yoke eliminator driveshaft.
■Electronic 4wd controller + all necessary hydraulic lines.
■R14 double wishbone front suspension.
■R14 frame rails + subframe mounts.
■R14 transmission mount.
I pretty much have a idea of what I need. But I was trying to find out what I have to do on the Fab side of things. And heres the parts list to there set-up About the 240SX Skyline Conversion | Project R14 (http://www.full-race.com/r14/history.php)
P.S. For everyone talking about labor cost there will be non cause I know how to do cool shit :)

good luck man. i know of one person, my good friend up north that is doing this, and his car is still in the shop after a year and a half. extremely time consuming. you will more than likely want the front clip from an r32 to use the strut towers to weld them on. i dunno, shit, its been so long since ive seen my buddies car, but thats what i remember being talked about last time i was there.

Anything is possible. I know the wiring and the ATTESA system pretty well.
Little things, like the G-Sensor, and ATTESA ECU, unless you get a complete system are mega expensive from a Nissan dealer. The G-Sensor is pretty fragile, and is what effects how the system works.
Some basic videos of the ATTESA system.

If I was going to do it I would go the AWD V8 option from the Y32-33 Cima. You'd also want the entire front suspension From an R32 or R33(I don't remember which is more compatible).
You would end up with a 4.5 liter V8 weighing less than an RB26 with more hp and trq with a GTR trans and suspension. I see WIN WIN WIN.
