Quick Jump Tab

What happened to the quick jump bar thing that use to be on the bottom of the page when you scrolled down? It made for jumping around on the forum fairly effortless.

West is working on the site, and a lot of things (sometimes small things) end up being changed. I am sure he will see this and figure out where it went. :) He probably enabled something that caused it to go away. I will make sure he knows :)

I'm not sure if or when this was changed, but it is down there for me right now, I am using FireFox 3.5.8.
