This Aristo motor came from Japanese Engines Import Inc. - JDM Engines, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Toyota (http://www.japaneseengineimport.com). It was going to be used for a S14/2JZ project but that has been abandoned. So it must go. This motor was chosen over the supra motor due to its sump location. Because of the Surpas mid sump it can create issues with fitment onto a 240sx. But the Aristo's front sump makes it dropping it into your s-chassis easy.

Since the motor was bought the timing belt and tensioner have been replaced, and as seen in the pictures the TDC marks were lined up to ensure proper installation. Otherwise it is stock.

Unfortunately it does not come with a wire harness or ecu. Both have been sent to Tech2motorsports for the conversion harness.

How much power are these good for stock? Ive read that the 2JZ without VVT are capable of 7-800.

Not sure on how far you can take these motors. But they are pretty much bulletproof lol

i noticed you said the harness/ecu have been sent out to get converted...will they be coming back/is it possible to get them?

It is......I spoke to tech2 and they started on the harness immediatly after recieving it two weeks ago. The converted harness w/ ecu should arrive by mid February.

This can be added for a additional price. I also have the swap parts from tech2 which will be for sale soon. Im just waiting on all of it to arrive.

what all would be needed to swap into an s13...i'm debating selling my sr and dropping this in...

If you are looking for a Manual 2JZ swap you will need:

-2JZ from a Aristo
-R154 trans w/ 1jz/2jz bellhousing
-Crossmember mount and motor mounts
-trans mount
-driveshaft
-shifter extension

All of which I have and can provide for a pretty good price.

No the ecu is not touched, only the wire harness.
