I got a ISIS intake manifold and everything is going well on the install but im having issues lining up the stock fuel rail to the manifold. it's off my so much.
I've read Prok0's write up (http://zilvia.net/f/chat/221165-new-isis-intake-manifold-review.html) which didnt really help much. I even tried to contact him via AIM but he's not online.
Anyone else have using a ISIS manifold with stock rail can help me out?

Yep, you gotta bent I think two of the tabs and then redrill/slot 1 or 2 of the mounting holes. Then you gotta bend one of the nipples. Should drop in right after you do that.

By the way, the bracket that holds your throttle cable wont work anymore without modification. Ive found that the bracket off a KA24E will work very very nicely with only a tiny bit of modification.

okay i got it. cut the tab that got in the way and redrilled the hole that didnt line up. fuel rail is done.
the throttle cable, i mounted backwards and bent the shit out of it so it doesnt pull the throttle open. done.
i need an extra vacuum port and i noticed the manifold has three ports under but i dont have any more of the screw in ports. where can i buy those?

If you used the S14 Throttle pully you could have used the stock SR calbe holder

Ok guys I went to install my manifold and the injector bores (not sure if thats what they are called) do not line up with fuel rail, I tried 2 other fuel rails I had in the shop and they dont line up either. It is almost like the bores were drilled wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?

they wont line up perfectly but as long as the injector ports (or whatever you wanna call them) can spray into the head youll be straight.

No like I cant even get the fuel rail to sit down into the holes. Sorry about how huge that picture is not sure how to change that.http://i410.photobucket.com/albums/pp183/prior240/DSCN0330.jpg

Never mind I am a retard. I forgot about the little spacers when you bolt the rail on. It's late forgive my lapse in judgment. In my defense the engine has been apart for 5 months.

I've had a problem with the casting of the injector ports being out of level. My ISIS manifold leaks real bad from injectors #3 & 4. Has anyone else had this problem? I just can't get either the stock or the circuit sports fuel rail to sit properly enough so that I don't get any leaks.

are you using the rubber bushings that go before the well? i had no issues with the fuel rail not seating the injectors or anything like that. post a pic if you can so we can get an idea of your problem.

I had this issue also. My rail was bent though. Bent bad.
Also, if you look at this pic below

between the 2nd and 3rd runner on the opposite side of the rail, see that tab thats bolted down?
My rail doesnt have that. So those two end tabs that are on the other side were pulling the rail BACK, but nothing was pulling the rail forward to even out the pressure.
I'm trying to find a rail with that tab that isnt modified. I see them alot. Cant find them anywhere. I ghetto rigged my rail, welded 2 new tabs on the opposite side, it works but its ugly. Im buying the circuit sports rail soon if i cant find a rail with that tab between the 2nd and 3rd runner.
