I don't know who made the kit but i believe they are made in the US.
Fitment is very good, this is what the body shop say which installed the same kit for my friend's 14.
Please be more specfic on what info you are looking for if I can't give you a satisfy answer in this reply.

brand, where did it come from? how old is it? what is the material? what is the suspected clearance from stock ride height?

I beleved they are made in the USA.
I got the kit for a month and they are made out of fiberglass.
I have no idea the about the height stuff.
