nope...bad deal. It is low octane...around 77. It burns too Fast. It is equivalent to pouring Kerosene in your car. Don't do it.

The higher the octane, the more slow and complete the burning under compression, lower octane burns faster, not slow enough. If you want your engine to ping, it will ping bad with that stuff in there. Again, don't do it.

If you want to up your octane, you could put a quart of cam two purple racing fuel from the select 76 stations...but your car is not set up for it. Anything above 93 octane is not recommended without mods to your timing, different cam, etc.

Yeah, if that's jet fuel and it's descently new, chances are that it's JP-8. Pretty much a mixture of kerosene and gasoline. Somewhere close to a 50/50 mix IIRC. Now really start to question either your "friends" knowledge or his friendship. Either way, he tried to hurt your car. Now do the right thing and stand up for her. Kick his ***!!! :axe:

Yea, Kick his a$$. I seriously question his motives for telling you that. First of all, to be an airplane pilot at all, a lot of your training is in the mechanics and operation of the mechanics of the plane. I have 425 hours of flight time and you just don't walk in and start flying jets without a full study of the aircraft you are flying and everything to do with it. Ask any pilot, they can tell you EVERYTHING about the planes that they fly. The US NAVY and Air Force spends close to 2 million dollars US money to train a cadet before they get their wings.

Yea, dude is trying to pull a fat one.
