Ka24et engine knock/spun bearing?*HELP*VIDEO

Hello Zilvia, my 240 recently started making this weird, loud clunking noise. I am wondering if it is the throwout bearing or spun bearing, or something in the clutch or something in the motor itself. I did a 2nd gear pull and it was at high revs for a little bit as I coasted, I am running 10-12psi. I got home and it started making this noise and I had to put a quart of oil in it. The car still spools the same, and drives EXACTLY the same. There is no loss of power, and I can sorta feel the vibration in the shifter. Clutch might be a little less stiff.

sounds like pilot bearing or flywheel bolt came loose

Well that is a good statement, I just had a mechanic friend take a look and he also said pilot bearing! Thanks for your input, glad to know it is prolly not my motor/trans taking a poop on me.
