Is this right? Driveshaft question

So I got a shell in pieces and now I'm looking at the driveshaft...is this piece okay or do I need a new one? It looks like it's separating and stuff:

It spins freely around the driveshaft and all, but I didn't know if it's okay separating like that or not.


Figure I'll sneak this question in here too:

Is this the S13 dohc power steering cooler line or w/e? I have so many 240 and Rx7 parts laying around I don't know if this goes to the 240...I can't quite figure out how it's going to go on my S13. My S13 is a dohc shell with dohc ps rack and reservoir.

That's not an Schassis hose. No clue what it's from.
